Is Mario Badescu any good and what is rinsing conditioner??

I've never tried their hair care products...yet. But I will say I'm 100% addicted and hooked on their Seaweed products for skin. It's the only thing in the world that has ever cleared up my acne. I have PCOS so nothing but medication that can make me pass out or raise my potassium levels would work...this does however. VERY good people. Hair care is my next step. :-)
